So Hockey is currently looking to hire a passionate and vibrant person to the full time role of Sales assistant. Our Sales Assistants have excellent product knowledge, provide outstanding customer service,and above all else are passionate about retail. Although a passion for the game is desired, product training will be thoroughly delivered.


 
Suitable candidates should have some experience of working in a customer facing environment, be motivated, have excellent customer care skills, be confident communicators and be a team player.


The skills we are looking for

 
• Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer-service based role.
• Flexibility around working hours,including evenings and weekends.
• Confident and sociable teammate.
• Self-motivated, patient, and personable individual
• Strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

 
• Serving customers.
• Ensuring excellent customer care at all times
• Interacting with a customer in a helpful, friendly manner
• Assisting customers with finding the right solution/products if needed
• Ensure stock levels are maintained
• Checking off orders as they come in
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
